Whole Wheat Flatbread Pizza

This quick and easy pizza is a healthy take on a favorite comfort food.

This delicious pizza is the winner of Dr. Oz’s Healthy Top Chef challenge!


  • 1 whole wheat flatbread
  • Arugula or mesclun mix
  • Goat cheese
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper


Place flatbread in microwave and heat on high for 30 seconds. In a bowl, toss together all other ingredients. Remove flatbread from microwave and top with salad mixture. Cut into slices and enjoy!
