This December, Stand Up to Cancer, Awkward Family Photos, Rock Your Ugly Christmas Sweater and The Dr. Oz Show want you to get ugly for an important, lifesaving cause. Inspired by the ubiquitous “ugly holiday sweater” trend, the Stand Up to Cancer Ugly Sweater campaign encourages supporters to don their ugly holiday sweaters in solidarity to help raise awareness and critical funds for innovative cancer research. Read on to learn how you can participate.
The campaign runs from December 1 - 31 and supporters can build their own Ugly Sweater profile page at SU2C.org/ugly. Click to the next slides to learn about the two fun (and easy!) ways to participate.

The first: Visit SU2C.org/ugly to pledge how many consecutive days they would be willing to sport their ugly holiday sweater and encourage friends and family to donate for each day their ugly sweater is worn.

Another way you can contribute: Host an Ugly Sweater party and encourage guests to give a suggested donation via a personalized Ugly Sweater fundraising page at SU2C.org/ugly.
