Silk Irish Coffee

Another great recipe from Silk: with this favorite drink, winter just got a little warmer!


  • 1 1/2 oz good quality Irish whisky
  • 1 tsp dark brown sugar
  • 6 oz hot, strong coffee
  • 2 oz Silk for Coffee, heated and whisked until frothy
  • Whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping, optional


Pour whisky and brown sugar in a 10-ounce Irish coffee glass or mug. Stir in hot coffee and gently pour in hot, frothy Silk for Coffee. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy.
