Another great recipe from Silk: with this favorite drink, winter just got a little warmer!
- 1 1/2 oz good quality Irish whisky
- 1 tsp dark brown sugar
- 6 oz hot, strong coffee
- 2 oz Silk for Coffee, heated and whisked until frothy
- Whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping, optional
Pour whisky and brown sugar in a 10-ounce Irish coffee glass or mug. Stir in hot coffee and gently pour in hot, frothy Silk for Coffee. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Enjoy.
