Dr. Oz's Tip of the Day

Beet root juice or hydrolyzed whey protein can help control high blood pressure. They’ll both help blood flow more easily through your body.

Eat gouda cheese. It contains vitamin K2, which could help prevent lung and prostate cancer.

There’s often an emotional connection to low libido. Rhodiola can help stabilize the hormones dopamine and serotonin, which will help put you in the mood for sex.

Try agave nectar instead of sugar to help drop the pounds. It’s found in grocery stores for $7.

Drink 3 cups of rosemary iced tea daily to help eliminate bloating. Steep 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary in 3 cups of boiling water. Let cool and enjoy. The power herb not only tastes great, but it also helps to break up gas in your gut.

Ask your doctor about having a hemoglobin A1-C test. It measures your blood sugar levels from the past 2-3 months. If the results are 6% or higher, it may be a sign of insulin resistance.
