Pinch of mint
1 oz agave syrup
2 oz rosemary grapefruit juice
2 oz jasmine/green tea
2 oz black tea
2 oz seltzer
Rosemary grapefruit juice: (1 stalk of rosemary, pull leaves from stalk and 32 oz grapefruit juice; puree together and strain)
Add all ingredients (except seltzer) over ice into mixing glass. Shake vigorously and pour into tea glass with the seltzer. Garnish with mint sprig and grapefruit wedge.
