Stuffed Green Peppers


Green peppers

Basmati Rice

Ground turkey

Organic spaghetti sauce (or make your own!)




Cut out the middle sections out of peppers. Make basmati rice according to directions. Brown and cook ground turkey making sure you drip out all the oil. Stuff peppers with ground turkey, spaghetti sauce and rice. Cook in a crock pot on low for approximately 6 hours.    


Garlic Chicken and Shrimp

Skinless chicken


Olive oil to taste

Garlic to taste

Basmati rice or whole wheat pasta noodles


Brown chicken/shrimp with olive oil and garlic and serve over rice or noodles!


Apple Crisp


Steel cut oatmeal

1 apple

Dash of cinnamon



Prepare oatmeal according to directions. Slice apple and put it in the microwave for a few minutes until warm. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
