Anti-Inflammatory Toast

Ingredients

2 slices whole grain bread

1 fresh lemon

1 avocado, sliced

Extra virgin olive oil

Chili flakes to taste

 

Directions

Toast slices of whole grain bread.  

 

Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Top off with avocado slices and a sprinkling of chili flakes.
