Ingredients

  • 3 oz cooked grass-fed bison
  • 1 100% whole-grain bun
  • 1 tbsp organic ketchup
  • 1 cup spinach salad
  • 1 tbsp Italian vinaigrette
  • (Adds about 100 calories total - still less than a pre-made burger!)

Protein is the same, volume the same, but slashes artery clogging fat and calories. With my remaining 2 ingredients I'd either pile some veggies to the burger or add this side spinach salad:
