1 cup sliced carrots
1/4 cup diced onions
2 minced garlic
3 1/2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup green cabbage
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 cup dried basil
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Pinch of oregano
1/5 lb of 90% lean ground beef, rolled into tiny balls

Brown the meat at the bottom of the pot in oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
