Lunch: Asian Wraps
3 oz cooked extra lean ground chicken breast or ground turkey
¼ cup chopped water chestnuts, tomato and onions
1 leaf iceberg lettuce
1/3 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Arrange chicken or turkey, water chestnuts, tomato and onions on lettuce leaf.
Drizzle with soy sauce.
Place avocado on top. Wrap and enjoy!
Afternoon Snack: 1 low-fat mozzarella string cheese with celery and 2 tbsp of peanut butter
