Afternoon Snack: Piña Colada Shake
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Pour almond milk, water and ice into blender, and blend to milkshake consistency.
Add vanilla whey protein, banana, pineapple chunks and shredded coconut, and re-blend.
