Fruit and Fiber Breakfast Bar

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp psyllium
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • applesauce to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Mold mixture into a bar shape and refrigerate until hard. Enjoy!
