Ingredients

  • 2 low-fat whole-grain or whole-wheat waffles
  • 2 tsp all-natural creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 small banana

Directions

Toast the waffles according to package directions. Spread one side of each waffle with 1 teaspoon peanut butter. Top one waffle evenly with the banana slices, and then flip the other on top to make a sandwich. Serve immediately.
