Treat your acne from the inside out with anti-inflammatory foods. This recipe contains omega-3s from the walnuts and whole bran that can help reduce the appearance and instances of blemishes. Plus, these bites are delicious!


  • 1 cup whole grain cereal
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips or bars


Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the cereal and nuts. Stir and enjoy!
