Dr. Oz’s Glucomannan Primavera

Shirataki noodles are made with glucomannan fiber. With this pasta dish, you’ll eat slower and savor your meal!

 

Ingredients

Shirataki noodles

2 zucchini, cut into strips

1 large carrot, cut into strips

1 portabella mushroom, cut into strips

1 red pepper, sliced into strips

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Basil

Parsley

Garlic powder

Parmesan cheese

 

Directions

Stirfry all vegetables in olive oil with salt pepper and Italian herbs until the vegetables are brown and the carrots are soft.
 Cook your shirataki noodles in a pot by rinsing them first and then boiling them for 2 minutes
. Mix the noodles and vegetables together,
 and add the cheese on top. Enjoy!
