- 2 slices flax,oat bran & whole wheat lavash
- 2 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
- 4 strips turkey or pork bacon, cooked, nitrite-free
- 3/4 lettuce, cut in to ribbons
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on each lavash.
Top with bacon, lettuce and tomato.
Roll up wrap and cut in half.
