  • 1 schoop whey protein
  • 1000 mg of chitosan
  • 1 cup water
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 milled flaxseed
  • unsweetened cocoa
