The Healthiest Catch Fish Sandwich

You don't need a net to capture the health benefits of this fish. The salmon in this recipe is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which work to significantly reduce cholesterol levels. The soy in the edamame also helps to decrease cholesterol, while the calcium in the yogurt can lower blood pressure. To top it all off, the curry will help your memory.

 

Ingredients

8 oz canned salmon, drained

4 oz thick plain Greek yogurt

4 oz mashed soy beans (edamame)

1 tsp curry powder  

2 tsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon

1 tsp curry powder  

 

Directions

Mix ingredients and serve on whole wheat toast.
