Ingredients

  • 8 oz canned salmon
  • 4 oz plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz mashed soy beans
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp minced onion
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Directions

Mix ingredients and serve on whole wheat toast.
