Homemade Metabolism-Boosting Brew

Ingredients 

4" cinnamon stick

3 tbsp mustard seeds

1 tsp black peppercorns

1 peperoncino, dried

6 cups vegetable broth 

 

Directions 

Pour the vegetable broth into a pot and bring to a boil. When the liquid is boiling, toss in an infuser full of the other ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
