Goat Yogurt and Blueberry Smoothie

Serves 1


1 serving whey protein isolate

1/2 cup plain goat yogurt

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 cup water


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée on high speed until smooth.
