Flavored Seltzer Cake
Makes 12 servings
1 box moist-style white cake mix (15.25 - 18.25 oz.)
12 oz. (1 1/2 cups) flavored seltzer water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, whisk cake mix with seltzer until smooth. Pour into the baking pan.
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 - 40 minutes.
