Jamie Oliver’s Yogurt Dressing

  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper


Put everything into a jam jar, put the lid on the jar and shake well.
