Bean Soup With Sprout Bread
1 (32 oz.) box organic chicken or vegetable broth
1 (16 oz.) can organic fat-free refried beans
1 (15 oz.) can organic black beans
1 (15 oz.) can organic great northern beans
1 whole onion, chopped
1 medium-sized can diced tomatoes
2-3 garlic cloves
Cayenne pepper and salt to taste
Heat until all ingredients are cooked (or warmed up!) and add water for consistency if needed. Serve hot, garnish with cilantro. Enjoy with a piece of healthy sprout bread.
Spaghetti Squash With Turkey Meatballs
Pierce squash with a fork as you would a potato. Microwave for 12 minutes on high, or bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes. Set to cool. Cut in half and scoop out the seeds. Use fork to loosen the squash to create noodles. Top with organic store-bought or homemade marinara and turkey meatballs.
Egg White Frittata
Fresh spinach, mushrooms and onions as desired
6 egg whites
Simply cook the vegetables and then pour on the egg whites until cook through. Serve and enjoy.
