Muesli Power Breakfast

Ingredients

1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats

1/2 cup 2% milk

1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed

Walnuts

Almonds

Berries


Directions

Mix together the uncooked rolled oats, milk, ground flaxseed, walnuts, and almonds in a small bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Add berries in the morning.
