Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can of black beans
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 packet (1 g) natural sweetener
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup apple cider
1- 1 1/2 scoops (5- 7.5 g) PGX, depending on tolerance
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor fitted with the s-blade. Process until smooth, stopping and mixing occasionally to ensure consistency. Serve on your favorite cracker with chopped vegetables.
