1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup agave
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup almond butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup of dark chocolate chunks
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl before adding wet ingredients.
Stir ingredients together until completely blended.
Make round ½ - 1 inch balls of dough and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in oven 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
