Starving Surgeon Salad


2 cups arugula

6 oz chicken or shrimp

4 tbsp feta cheese

1/3 cup pomegranate seeds

1/2 cup cashews

2 tbsp balsamic glaze

2 tbsp olive oil

Pinch of salt and pepper



Prepare the salad dressing: Add balsamic glaze (which is balsamic vinegar that has been reduced into a more syrup-like texture) and olive oil. Mix with all the other ingredients. Toss salad.
