Ingredients
1 box of whole wheat pasta
2 cans of wild Alaskan salmon
1 cup diced grape tomatoes
1 cup store bought scampi sauce
Directions
Cook whole wheat pasta. Drain pasta & put in a saute pan. Saute with scampi sauce, salmon & diced tomatoes. Serve with a tossed salad or cooked vegetables and fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
