Simple Fennel & Green Apple Salad

Ingredients

Serves 2

1 fennel bulb

1/2 Granny Smith green apple

1/2 lemon

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Salt & pepper to taste

 

Directions

Thinly slice fennel. Add to large bowl.

 

Peel and thinly slice green apple. Add to large bowl.

 

Squeeze fresh lemon juice in bowl.

 

Drizzle olive oil.

 

Add salt and pepper to season. Lightly toss everything in large bowl. Then serve in individual bowls!
