Egg White Omelet


5 egg whites

1/2 cup broccoli florets

1/2 tsp coconut oil



In a hot omelet skillet take a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil and allow it to melt and spread to cover the entire pan, then add 5 egg whites. Once the egg whites have started to cook add the 1/2 cup of broccoli to one side of the omelet. Take your spatula and flip the other side over it and allow to finish cooking. 


Mini Fruit Cup


1/4 cup pineapple

1/4 cup blueberry

1/4 cup strawberry



Chop fruit in to small cubes and place in a bowl.
