Tart cherry juice is perfect in this recipe because it naturally contains melatonin, which will help you fall asleep.



1 1/2 cups tart cherry juice

3 (1/4-oz) packets granulated unsweetened gelatin

3/4 cup blueberries

Ice (optional)



Add tart cherry juice, gelatin and blueberries into blender. Blend and serve. For a colder drink, add ice as desired.
