Banana Latte

Everybody loves a latte. This banana-flavored coffee smoothie is so good, and you definitely can’t get it at your local coffee shop. Enjoy this as a healthy pick-me-up any time of day.

 

Ingredients

1 scoop protein powder (whey or soy)

1 cup fat-free milk

3/4 cup strong, black coffee (decaf is okay)

2 bananas, sliced

1 cup ice cubes

 

Directions

Blend ingredients together and enjoy!

 

Crispy Apple

Give this juicy smoothie a twist by going for a tart Granny Smith apple, or make a sweeter version with Red Gold, Golden Delicious, Honeycrisp or Fuji apples.

1 apple, cored, seeded and quartered

1 medium orange, peeled and quartered

1 banana, sliced

2 handfuls spinach

1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
