During Tracy Anderson's Nutrient Boost Week, you will eat 6 small, soft meals that are easily digested, such as soups, smoothies and purées. These recipes help to clean and detox the body. In fact, during this week-long meal plan, Tracy claims that you may lose up to 3 pounds!

Unsweetened Applesauce



4 apples

1/2 cup blueberries

Pinch cinnamon


Steam apples. Remove skin and core. Blend apples in a food processor, add blueberries and cinnamon and purée lightly.

Sweet Potato Smoothie



1 sweet potato

1 cup raw milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp turmeric


Puncture holes in sweet potato and microwave 5 to 8 minutes until soft, rotating halfway through. Scoop out from skin and let cool. Blend with milk, protein powder, cinnamon and turmeric and enjoy.

Banana Mash

Makes 3 (8-oz) Servings



1 banana, sliced

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon


In a small saucepan, cook all ingredients over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, mash like potatoes. Serve warm.

Tomato Soup



1 (32-oz) can of low-sodium tomato juice

1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)

1 cup corn

1 cup celery

1 cup carrots

2 garlic cloves



Combine ingredients and simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes.
