Here are four tasty ways to easily add wheat germ to your diet.


Wheat Germ Smoothie



6 oz Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup almonds

1 cup blueberries

4 strawberries

1/4 banana

1 tbsp wheat germ

 A few ice cubes



Add Greek yogurt, almonds, almond milk and ice to blender and blend to desired consistency.


Add berries, banana and wheat germ and re-blend until smoothie is completely mixed.
