Air Fryer Pasta Chips With Garlic & Parm

You can thank TikTok for this one. Toss some pasta in the air fryer with only the best seasonings for a savory treat you never thought of. And with your favorite marinara and pesto for dipping, you won't be able to put this snack down.

1 lb Rotini pasta
Kosher salt & black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan
Red pepper flakes, for garnish
Marinara, for dipping
Pesto, for dipping

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Heat a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and add in the pasta. Cook 1 minute less than al dente, according to the package.

Drain the pasta and pat dry with a towel. Add to a large mixing bowl, drizzle with the olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, spices and half of the parmesan. Toss to coat.

Add half of the pasta to the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice along the way to keep it from sticking. Remove from the air fryer and repeat with the remaining pasta.

Place the pasta chips on a platter and top with the remaining parmesan cheese and some red pepper flakes. Serve with pesto and marinara for dipping.
