Dr. Oz's Prescription for a Day Off!

Everyone needs a day off every once in a while. They don't call it a mental health day for nothing! A break from your day-to-day stresses, be it work, kids, school or anything else, can be very beneficial to your well-being. Not only will it help to lower your stress, it can also lower your blood pressure, risk of heart disease, and boost your memory and concentration.

Will you ever feel comfortable in your own skin? That is, if you don't make an effort to protect it?
