Just remember to only eat frozen dinners in moderation, your normal diet should consist of a lot of all-natural and fresh foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and healthy protein.

  • Less than 500 calories. 
  • No more than five grams saturated fat. 
  • No more than 500 mg of sodium.
