Bacon, Egg & Cheese Monkey Bread

A gooey bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is one of the best morning staples! So how do you make it even better? Turn it into a monkey bread.

Cooking spray
5 Eggs
1 cup Milk
Kosher salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
3 Scallions, sliced
5 slices Thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp, chopped
2 cups Cheddar cheese
2 cans Biscuit dough, cut into quarters

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Place a springform pan onto a piece of foil and wrap the bottom of the pan to keep any excess liquid from leaking out. Spray the inside of the pan with cooking spray and set aside on a baking sheet.

Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and whisk in the milk. Season with salt and pepper and add in the scallion, bacon, cheddar cheese and biscuits.

Let the egg mixture rest for about 30 minutes and then pour into the pan. Place into the oven and cook for 35-45 minutes until well browned and puffed. If the bread starts to get too dark, cover with foil for the remaining cooking time. Let rest for about 10 minutes before cutting into the monkey bread.
