Most often associated with a feeling of calm, lavender can help you feel more rested and improve your sleep. You can use it on its own or mix it with sage to achieve a state of total serenity. For anti-aging benefits, you can blend it with geranium, rose hip oil, and a carrier oil and apply it on clear skin around the mouth, under the eyes, on the neck, and around any other parts of your face or body that have fine lines or dryness. Whether you prefer to just sniff the oil, apply it to your pressure points, add it to a warm bath, or spritz it on a pillow, lavender oil helps reduce your stress hormones and makes you feel at ease.
