How to Choose the Right Path!

Life is a journey with many mountains for us to climb and always more than one path to choose from. On my personal journey, I have found that by choosing the path of a healthy lifestyle, I have opened up more doors. If something feels good and brings you pure joy, like teaching fitness classes at the gym does for me, then that is the path you should follow.

My personal path to teaching at the gym was a bumpy road at times, but the feeling I get when teaching is what pushed me forward, no matter what the judges and critics in life said. I’ve learned that I have to live for me and as I continue to follow what feels good, more and more wonderful things continue to happen in my life. It’s not that I don’t care what others say and do, but it’s about how I handle it that makes my journey even better.

Some friends and family continue to judge me for the paths I have taken, but despite that I push forward on the path I know is right for me. I have faced many challenges on my journey and I have some even bigger ones ahead, but I will continue my journey along the path that feels right. As I continue to follow my feel-good path, I watch my dreams and desires falling right into place for me.

Once you start to live truly for yourself, you too can find the right path. It may not be easy and it may take time, but what I have found is that there is always a beautiful rainbow waiting for me at the end of my path, right on the top of that next mountain!

I chose to be healthy, to teach at the gym, to be myself, to sing and dance to the beat of my own drum. I chose my path, the right path for me, and what I have found is amazing.

The one thing you can be sure of is the here and now, the present moment. Choose the right path for you and trust in life to naturally help you along the way. Don’t go through life unhappy in whatever area of your life it is, instead, choose the right path, the feel-good path, and I promise you it will open many doors for you just as it has for me!
