Soda Challenge | Day 11 | October 4 | Monday

We launched YOU: Raising Your Child on Good Morning America this AM. Weekdays with coffee and no soda are easy – but am seeing that if I reached for water and were given a diet soda, I could get easily get addicted again. Real easy. But so far I am doing well until the evenings when want something in my mouth. Water is fine, especially tea or coffee, but diet soda is often replaced with higher-calorie choices. Have to be careful or I won't keep the drop 10 rule: the kitchen is closed, save celery, at 8:30 p.m. Back to Cleveland.
