Soda Challenge | Day 6 | September 29| Evening

Went to the farmer's market for lunch on way back from filming spots for Cleveland Clinic's Move It campaign that will show during Brown's games (pray for wins for Da Brownies). Almost had a diet caffeinated soda at the market, but had water instead. Only 3 cups of coffee today – have to catch up or I'll fall to sleep too early. Also, ate way too much. I think the diet soda suppressed my appetite; when I want one now, I reach for an extra piece of fruit.
