Calabrian Chili Vinaigrette for Pan-Seared Salmon

Balanced with red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and olive oil, it's the perfect dressing for salmon or any salad you toss together at home.

1 cup Red wine vinegar
1 oz Calabrian chilis
2.5 cups Olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 Roasted red bell peppers
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with your favorite salmon dish or toss in your next salad!
