1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil 1 cup Chickpea flour 1 1/4 cup Water 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Ground cumin 2 cloves Garlic (very finely chopped)
Mix all ingredients to form a smooth batter and set aside to rest for about 30 minutes.
On a medium-high temperature, pour 1/4 -1/3 cup of the batter onto an oiled pan. Cook both sides evenly, flipping them with caution. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the batter, adding oil to the pan when necessary. Serve with desired filling, or eat plain.
