If you tend to bloat up during the day but don’t want to be bloated for an upcoming event, try out some of these tips from a few of The Dr. Oz Show experts. Simply follow this plan up to 24 hours ahead of time to beat your bloat.
Make Sure You Poop
Backed up bowels are not good in general, but they can also cause excessive bloating. If you need a quick fix for constipation, Dr. Romm recommends taking 400-600 milligrams of magnesium citrate before bed. Just make sure you double check with your doctor before taking it as certain people, such as those with blood pressure problems, may not be able to take it. If this is the case, your doctor may be able to provide you with alternative solutions to relieve constipation.
