If you are trying to cut back on fatty cheeses but still want to up the protein in your omelet, cottage cheese is the ideal ingredient. All you have to do is throw a spoonful in your egg mixture and whisk it all together. The result is creamy, cheesy, and guaranteed to keep you full all morning.
