It’s dinner time! Aim for about 550 - 600 calories. Black bean tacos cook up fast for a quick weekday meal that’s savory and filling. You can also roast up some Brussels sprouts with pork tenderloin and serve with brown rice on the side instead. Indulge with a medium scoop of ice cream to round out the meal.
