What to Expect

For the next seven days, you will have three teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons of coconut oil, and one cup of Greek yogurt. But unlike other cleanses that don't leave room for much else, Smith says you can also have plenty of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats, and lean proteins. Such lifestyle interventions also help reduce the risks for diabetes, dementia and some cancers and strengthen the immune system.
