Chia seeds are loaded with fiber and protein which will help you stay full throughout the day and decrease the chances you will overeat. Additionally, it is a slow-digesting food which means it takes a longer time for your body to process it ensuring you stay away from those potato chips. Make yourself some chia pudding or add a tablespoon into your morning smoothie to help fight hunger throughout the day.
