Eat Plenty of Veggies
Vegetables are loaded with the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that keep your body healthy and strong. Make sure you are eating your greens and other vegetables throughout the day. While you should aim for one serving at each meal, try adding in some snacks or doubling up at dinner for a total of five cups of delicious vegetables per day.
